Property Tax US is an interactive tool that helps you explore and understand property tax rates across different locations in the United States.
Map Features
Color-coded markers
Each pin on the map is colored by the property's tax rate so you can spot high- and low-rate areas at a glance.
Marker clustering
When zoomed out, nearby properties are grouped into a single blue bubble showing the count. Click the bubble to zoom in and expand the cluster into individual pins.
Property details & county summary
Click any pin to see the property's tax rate, address, and Homestead Exemption rate. From the popup, click the county button to open the County Summary panel — showing every tracked property in the county along with average, minimum, and maximum tax rates.

Important Notes
- Homestead Exemption Calculations: The Homestead exemption percentages shown are calculated based on median-priced houses in each area. The actual percentage may be higher for high-priced properties and lower for low-priced properties. (The Tax Rate is still the same but the homestead percentage shown in this app is what people actually pay if they have a homestead exemption.)
